E.l.f. under eye concealer and highlighter

Hello my lovelies....

Today i am going to review "E.l.f. under eye concealer and highlighter" i haven't seen it on many stores here. I got mine in (glow/light) shade

Product Say.....
it contains Vitamin A&E,Chamomile and Green tea to moisture,sooth and tighten the under eye skin area to disguise under eye bags and reduce the appearance of wrinkles....
Highlighter cream gives eyes an instant boost with light reflected pigments and can also be used as an eyeshadow base

so lets see what i think of it by starting with the packaging it is a light weight product,plastic based double sided just liked some lip gloss or one side lip color and other clear shine gloss like something... it comes in a black box from which i can see my product from outside.I quite like the idea of combining the concealer and highlighter.
When it comes to the quantity seriously in 3.99 $ you get the the both things great deal under eye concealer NET WT. 0.17 oz 5g and highlighter NET WT. 0.17 oz 5g and its not pricy. I love stand able goodies they are easy to put anywhere and its one of them. Lets talk about the constancy, its not thick not much liquidy its in between.It has slightly smell but hard to even notice....
the concealer is smooth i apply it easily but the highlighter its so yummy its like some sparkling glitters or something it gives my skin a glow really nice.I don't notice anything magically with my puffiness or under eye bags, but it help them to reduce it a lil bit,
