Things You Will Need

1. Colorful Paper Sheets

2. Scissor

3 .Glue 

4. Glitter Pen

5. Black Marker

First take a white chart paper and cut it accordingly to a card size you want. Fold and let the work begin.

Take different color sheets  I have chosen theses shades because all of them complement each other, you can take whatever color scheme you like. Cut them in a shape of a square. 

Then fold them in the center and cut out a heart shape. Cut hearts in different sizes and of different colors.

Once you cut all the hearts in multi colors you will get something like this.

Now Draw different patterns or designs with a black marker. You can be as creative as you can.

After that, simply draw some straight lines with a help of a scale, to give a bouquet shape. Here I have taken a green glitter pen you can use any color or any a marker of your choice.

Then paste all the hearts randomly with a gum stick or according to the color scheme.

In the last draw a bow with a marker or you can make a ribbon bow as well.
